INGALLS FAMILY TREE

In searching for various relatives I've come across family tree website postings from 2010 that were people looking for my grandparents (Taylor Ingalls and Lillian Klein). I believe the searchers were nieces of my grandmother, Lillian, from the LoPiccolo branch of the family. All the links and email addresses are expired.
I knew my grandmother's niece, Fran LoPiccolo, when I was very small, but was too young to remember where she lived (Oceanside?). Somewhere within an hour-or-so of Los Angeles. Fran's husband was Joe, I think her son was named Carmine and grew up to work in rodeos or something related to being a cowboy. She had three or four children. I think Fran's parents were Virginia and Jim LoPiccolo. Virginia was my grandmother's sister.
I also have a younger brother named Joshua Walker Ingalls that I've been looking for my entire adult life. We were raised as complete strangers (same dad, different moms). This is a searchable record for anyone looking for any of us.
